Pamela's area of expertise is:
- commercial company law, including ongoing corporate advice to companies, in particular the public companies;
- real estate law, and
- intellectual property law.
Before joining the Octo Legal team, Pamela gained experience in reputable Polish and international law firms, as well as in the legal department of a Polish media group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, providing legal advice for the company's governing bodies and in real estate related matters. She advised at the pre-trial stage and during court proceedings in cases involving infringement of personal rights and copyrights. She was responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts in the field of civil law, including intellectual property law, for artists, Polish and foreign brand management entities and advertising agencies.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and a graduate of the Personal Data Protection and Data Security Management in the Centre for Postgraduate Education at Lazarski University. During her studies, she completed the British Law School conducted by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the Cambridge University.
Pamela is also an attorney, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She is fluent in English.
